We request you contact us for any personalized gifts as there are no returns/exchanges/refunds for our products, unless stated otherwise by us.

For our regular, non customized products, we allow returns up to 30 days after purchase date. After the 30 days, we will not be able to assist you. Returns must be unused, unaltered, and not washed.
